Can the agent collect from the wrong customer?
The agent only collects balances confirmed against your data, is always courteous, and operates inside the policies you set: contact windows, tones, when to escalate to a human. Everything is audited and you can pause it per customer in one click.
Can I pause the agent for a customer?
Yes, with one click. A delicate negotiation, a customer you'd rather handle yourself? Pause the agent for that customer and resume — you or it — whenever you want.
Does the agent act without telling me?
What it can do on its own, it does and tells you about. What deserves your judgment — an out-of-the-ordinary reminder, a strategy change — it asks you first and waits for your "Approve" or your "Not now".
How does it talk to my customers?
Over WhatsApp and natural-voice calls, always on behalf of your company and with the name you choose. Every WhatsApp template goes through approval before it's used, and you set the tone.
What gets recorded?
Everything: every message, decision and approval is kept with its date and its why. You can review the full history whenever you want.
Your data
Who owns the data I load?
You do, always. Concilo processes it as a data processor under Panama's Law 81 of 2019, following your instructions. When the relationship ends you can export it; then it's deleted. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
What happens to my number if I try the demo?
It's used for that single contact and kept for a maximum of 90 days. No lists, no advertising.
Pricing and plans
What counts as an "active customer"?
A customer with at least one open invoice managed by Concilo in the month. Customers in good standing that need no work don't consume a slot.
Do I need an ERP?
No. You can work with CSV imports and Concilo's invoice registry. Direct sync with your ERP (for example SAP Business One) is a separate module: turn it on when you need it.
What's billed on top of the plan?
Only third-party usage: WhatsApp messages and voice minutes, at provider cost. No hidden margin.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Monthly plans cancel whenever you want; the annual plan is settled pro-rata.
I'm a bank or an insurer — do these plans apply?
